New Tekken Movie Directed By Ong-Bak Director
Unlike the director of the original Tekken movie (who directed ‘classics’ such as numerous Free Willy sequels), Sky Pictures has recruited Prachya Pinkaew of Chocolate and Ong-Bak fame to direct the upcoming Tekken movie.
Pinkaew has expressed a stance that he will be looking for actors who look more similar to the characters rather than the bankability of big name actors in Tekken: Rise of the Tournament.
If you have doubts about the fight scenes from the upcoming movie, do yourself a favor and watch this scene from his film The Protector which contains a four minute fight sequence that is a dude fighting through dozens of thugs with no cuts or edits. Awesome.
